Chef Kevin has previously worked at a 2 Michelin Star restaurant in Italy, and currently working at a resort in Aspen, USA.  He has a Diploma from Lycee Hotelier du Touquet in France and obtained his Bachelor degree from Instituto Culinario de Mexico.

Chef Lizbeth has previously worked in Hyatt Regency Paris and currently working at a resort in Aspen, USA. She also has a Bachelor degree from Instituto Culinario de Mexico.
